Material

The billets we use are made of secondary alloy containing a percentage of recycled material generated during our production process. We also use primary alloy billets, for which Green Certification is available upon request.

Extrusion

During the extrusion phase, aluminium can be shaped into complex and precise profiles while maintaining high-quality standards. Thanks to our efficient internal organisation, we can quickly change products with minimal machine downtime.

Consistency

Each product type exploits the characteristics of aluminium in a different way. Our ageing furnaces allow us to vary the structural properties of the extruded profiles and customise orders.

Processing:

In addition to extrusion, we offer mechanical processing and surface treatments to customise profiles according to your specifications. These services cover all the main operations necessary for producing a complete, ready-to-use product.

Italy

We carefully select our suppliers to ensure that the quality we offer our customers is maintained. We mainly operate in Italy, delivering to the whole country using our own transport.
